Specific solutions
- These consist of temporary support which an expert CHS consultant, working as another member of the organization, provides to the client’s HR department in peak times of recruitment, selection and evaluation
This enables direct client-consultant communication and increases productivity and short-term results.
Studies on the identification of different talents for different markets and industries (mining, food industry, technology, tourism, etc.)
- We provide clients with in-depth knowledge of labor markets, through a dynamic CV database, in order to identify and evaluate potential candidates for organizations, documenting their location and working conditions.
Salary and organizational benchmarking studies
- CHS prepares benchmarking studies on organizational models, job descriptions and roles, as well as remuneration practices within the organizations being considered as benchmarks, thus facilitating comparisons with competitors.
Methodology
- Diagnosis
This process identifies an organization’s opportunities for improvement. It can be done through surveys, research, individual or group inquiry (interviews, surveys, work environment).
- Individual and collective assessments
- Skills assessment: (DISC, HERRMANN). Through an online form, current information is obtained about an individual's personal style of conduct. Assessment of behaviors, values and competencies - personal talent skills are combined to determine how a person will behave, why they will behave that way and what they are capable of doing.
